Snowvana Is Back — And We're Bringing the Reps
Hillcrest Sports is heading to Portland's biggest winter kickoff with a stacked crew of ski and snowboard brand reps, new gear, professional boot fitting, and plenty of mountain stoke.
Get Ready to Get After It
The nights are getting colder, the mountain is starting to wake up, and Snowvana is back in Portland.
From October 23–25, the Portland Expo Center becomes ground zero for the Northwest winter sports community. Snowvana's 10th annual Portland show brings together ski and snowboard gear, new and used equipment, resorts, brands, contests, films, music, and thousands of people getting ready for another season.
And Hillcrest Sports will be right in the middle of it.
We're bringing a seriously stacked lineup of ski and snowboard brand representatives to our booth, along with professional boot-fitting equipment and the Hillcrest crew you've come to know from our Gresham shop.
“Bring your questions. Bring your crew. We'll bring the reps.”
Meet the People Behind the Gear
One of the best things about a snow show is getting to talk directly with the people who know their products inside and out.
Skip the Spec Sheet. Talk to the People Who Build the Gear.
A new ski or snowboard isn't just a product on a shelf. Shape, construction, flex, profile, boot fit, binding setup, riding style and terrain all matter.
That's why we're bringing the reps. Come with questions about what's new for 2026–27, compare different approaches to ski and snowboard design, and get first-hand insight into the gear you're considering for the season.
Talk through new shapes, constructions and all-mountain setups for the coming season.
Boards, boots, bindings and profiles — talk through what makes sense for how you ride.
Outerwear, goggles, gloves, packs and accessories from the brands we ride ourselves.
Ask the questions that don't fit on a product description page.
Get Your Boots Dialed
Your boots are one of the most important pieces of your setup. If they don't fit right, everything else gets harder.
Hillcrest is bringing professional boot-fitting equipment and expertise to Snowvana. Snowvana's Portland event information specifically highlights Hillcrest's boot-fitting setup, including ovens and a grinder.
Whether you're replacing an old pair, dealing with uncomfortable boots, or simply want to understand what a properly fitted boot can feel like, stop by and talk with our boot-fitting crew.
Snowvana Is the Winter Kickoff
There's a reason Snowvana has become a fixture on the Portland winter calendar. It's not just a gear sale. It's a chance to get everyone who loves winter sports in the same room before the season really gets going.
Snowvana's 2026 Portland show includes its Gear Village with new and used equipment, resort information, contests, live music, the iF3 Film Festival, and other activities throughout the weekend.
So come for the gear. Stay for the stoke. And make sure you swing by the Hillcrest booth while you're there.
Skis, boards, boots, apparel, helmets, gloves and more.
Meet the people and destinations that make winter happen.
Get your winter stoke turned all the way up with the film festival and weekend activities.
We've Been Getting Portland Ready for Winter for 50 Years
Hillcrest Sports started in Gresham in 1976 as a ski shop. Five decades later, skiing and snowboarding are still at the heart of what we do.
The gear has changed. The technology has changed. The brands have changed. But the basic idea hasn't: help people find the right equipment, give them honest advice, and get them outside doing the things they love.
That's what makes Snowvana such a natural fit for Hillcrest. It's a gathering of the people, brands and riders who make winter in the Northwest what it is.
