Shipping & Returns

For all returns, just call our store at 503 665 4455

All shipments will have an associated tracking number that you will receive via e-mail.

Sales are final for all used items.

We will purchase and send you a shipping label if you received a product incorrectly and would like to return it.

If the shoe doesn't fit, you don't like the color once you see it or something like that, you can return it but have to pay for the shipping label to get it back to our store before we refund your purchase.  We'll only refund you once the item shows up at our store unless you want to get creative like sending us a video of you dropping off the product at UPS or something.
